R & R Workshop: Grilled Chicken Salad with Sweet Honey Dressing

Grilled Chicken Salad with Sweet Honey Dressing

Hope you are enjoying your summer! One thing I hate about summertime is dinnertime. We've either a) come home from a fun day outside and I have no idea what to make b) it's too hot to cook. We love grilling on the weekend so I plan on having my hubby grill extra chicken that we can have this salad during the week. This recipe is super easy and will be added to our weekly menu!

My husband loves Chicken Caesar Salad, but I didn't want the Caesar dressing. We are both Ranch lovers, but sometimes I just want something different.  This Sweet Honey Dressing was just what my taste buds needed!

//Ingredients for Dressing:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3 tsp Honey
2 tsp Vinegar
Pepper, to taste
Poppyseeds (optional)

//Ingredients for Salad:
Any leafy green will work
Grilled chicken

//Mix all the dressing ingredients together. Dressing can be made and serve right away or chilled in fridge.
Dressing will serve 2. (Double or triple the recipe if needed.)

One thing I love about this recipe is I had all of these ingredients on hand. Most of the time I want to try something new for dinner, I don't have exactly what I need.
