R & R Workshop: Chocolate Cool-Whip Sandwiches

Chocolate Cool-Whip Sandwiches

When I was a little girl, my mom made these yummy sandwiches. The cool-whip is a little lighter then the typical ice cream sandwiches and the perfect treat on a hot summer day. I wanted to make them a little more fun for the 4th of July- and the sprinkles worked perfectly :)

Chocolate Graham Crackers

//Place cool whip between two graham crackers.
// Pour sprinkles on the sides of your sandwich.
// Put into freezer for 30 minutes.
// Enjoy.

Pretty simple, huh? I love these sandwiches and hope you will too! Great snack at 4th of July BBQ or on a hot summer day!
