R & R Workshop: Caramel Apple Party Idea

Caramel Apple Party Idea

I love a good party! We have been throwing a Caramel Apple Party for the last 3 years.
Caramel apples + friends + any reason to have a party= awesome.

We have a simple Caramel Apple Bar and it's so fun! I know it might sound overwhelming..but honestly its really not.  I've teamed up with Emily from The Benson Street, who has a free Printable invitation that you could use for your party!  (Be sure to check it out at the end of the post.)

Everyone brings their own apples. BYOA? haha. You can also have them bring favorite topping if they choose. I buy toppings as well. The recipe we use for Caramel is from Our Best Bites. You can go here for the recipe. It does take a little prep and planning to have all the ingredients- but it is WORTH IT!

There are so many yummy toppings you can use.
Here are a few we love:

Toppings for Caramel Apples:
*Melted White & Milk Chocolate
*Candy Bars- Reese's, Twix, Butterfinger, Heath,
Snickers, kitkat,
*Coconut
*Sprinkles
*Toffee Bits
*Crushed Oreos
*Mini Marshmellows

For drinks we had Wassail served in mason jars. If you haven't had Wassail before,
its kind of like Hot Apple cider. So yummy!

I loved this sign I bought at Jo-ann Fabrics years ago.. and I thought it was appropriate next to the food :)

These cute mason jars worked great for holding straws and popsicle sticks for the apples. Aren't they cute?! Tutorial is HERE.

Remember my Burlap Boo Banner I showed you a few weeks ago? It went perfectly! I also had a little fun with our chalkboard.

And speaking of Chalkboards. These cute chalkboard vinyl labels worked great to write on and label each topping! I put them onto a popsicle stick and stuck them into each bowl. I love that I can use them again for another party too!

This party was so fun to put together!

So what do think? Want to plan a party? :) One of the things I love about this type of party is, you don't have to make any extra food. It really is simple as apples, caramel, toppings and you and your friends or family.

All the decorations are fun but you can go as simple or elaborate as you want.
Just have fun and enjoy your time together!
