R & R Workshop: DIY Polka Dot Gift Wrap (Tutorial)

DIY Polka Dot Gift Wrap (Tutorial)

It's no secret I like love Polka dots! Remember Polka Dot Week? So naturally I had to include polka dots into our Christmas decor. I made my own gift wrap and you can too!

Over the summer I saw this brown wrapping paper at the dollar store and I almost bought it every time I went back. I was a little more then excited to finally snatch some up and start this project!

You will need:
//Brown wrapping paper
// scissors
// paint

1. Cut your paper to the size you need. You can do this two ways.. paint your dots with your circle sponge before you wrap it. Or wrap your gift and then paint the dots on. I actually prefer to wrap the gift and then put the polka dots on but either way works!

2. Let dry.
3. Add ribbon and embellishments. I found these cute glitter reindeer and "Merry Christmas" at the dollar store as well. I love the little sparkle it added!

I love wrapping gifts and its a little more fun with wrapping paper that I designed :)
I shared our family Christmas card earlier this week and used one of the gifts in a photo of my kids!

Have you started wrapping gifts yet? :)
